4-H programs are open to all youth who are 5 to 18 years old by January 1.
Meetings are held the third Sunday of the month at 5:00pm at the Norborne Elementary School. The 4-H year begins on October 1 and dues are $25.
We are always looking for caring adults to help the Carroll County 4-H program to continue to grow.

4-H is more than a club; 4-H is young people preparing to be leaders.
4-H members attend camps, display their work at fairs, travel, and learn with other young people! In 4-H you can prepare yourself for the future while making new friends and memories.

Over 100 projects are available ranging from Aerospace to Wood Science. Have a special interest, but there is no project like it listed? One can be created just for you.
A variety of activities in 4-H include club meetings, fairs, camps, contests, trips and community service. Each of these
opportunities provides fun and learning.
