The Betterment Association, a 501©3 charitable organization was organized in 2005. We meet the fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 P.M. in the Goppert Community Center. Our goal is to provide services that enhance our community through city landscaping, and social events, such as the Mayors Christmas Tree Lighting, which is hosted on the first Saturday of December, and sponsor the Christmas Tree contest down Main Street. We also host an annual Spaghetti Dinner in March as our yearly fundraiser.
